Lots of interesting thing happening here at Iron Equipment!
Its been a long 6 years here at Iron Equipment Ltd. Its a family run company that took everything we had to get it up and running. Iron Equipment has been growing ever since. As every company we have had our down side, which caused a lot of hard feelings and loss relationships, but we learnt a lot from those experiences. However, in order for things to change, you have to move ahead and keep going. Through all the hard work, developing new ideas and putting those ideas out , we now have a company that is growing and is making an impact in the equipment world. With implementing a new software and new tracking system we have stepped up into the changing industry tremendously.
Our staff is incredibility knowledgeable, hardworking and dedicated to our company. Always taking courses, learning and expanding their knowledge, which in return allows themselves to grow and change with Iron Equipment and keeps are company at a very competitive level. I couldn’t ask for a better staff, they are truly amazing.
Now we have currently 4 field services trucks, one that is being rebuilt and in the fleet soon and another purchase of another service truck this year. So, by the end of the year we will have 6 field service trucks, a mobile lube trailer, a power washer trailer, a crane trailer and a new web page, new software, new GPS systems in place and hopefully one more new hire this year. What a year 2016 has been so far.
Having your own business is not easy, many people don’t understand the sacrifice, financial, time and energy that is put in everyday. But, that is okay, as long as you got a direction, motivation and innovation to get to your goals, you will reach great heights and move forward every time.
